This quality 3 Lever Mortice Deadlock is an ideal choice for medium security applications on internal doors or external doors if higher security locks are not required. Often used on lockable service doors in commercial environments and approved for use on fire rated timber door sets in accordance with current regulations.
Suitable keyhole escutcheons can be selected from any of our door furniture collections if required.
Can be fitted to double doors with rebated meeting stiles when used with the rebate conversion set in the Related Items section below.

For best results and long life, this lock should be lubricated with a light machine oil at least once a year.
This lock is supplied "to differ" whereby each lock is operated by it's own individual keys. Please contact us for details of similar locks supplied in groups operated by the same key ("to pass" or "keyed alike") and locks under master key.
This product has been successfully type tested for conformity to all of the requirements of BS EN 12209 : 2003 including the additional requirements for fire/smoke door use - certificates are available on request.
Fire rating is only applicable to this product when fitted to timber based door assemblies of proven fire resistance as defined in BS EN1634-1 or BS476 Part 22:1987 and when fitted with appropriate intumescent material.
