The distinctive Rustix "Avon" Lever Door Handle is highly popular due to it's simple looks and robust design and fits well in both traditional and contemporary settings. Expertly forged in solid steel the handles are individually hammered into shape by hand making each one unique. The solid feel of the handle is further enhanced by the use of secure grub screw fixings to the spindle and bolt through fixings to the backplate. The longer backplate design of this version is a good choice for feature doors where a more striking look is desired. The handle is self-sprung making it suitable for light-sprung or heavy-sprung mortice locks. This version is designed for use with Euro Profile Cylinder Mortice Locks with a centres measurement of 72mm.
The Rustix Bright finish is a hard wearing, durable metalic finish which adds to the natural charm of the base material and is suitable for both internal and external applications.
Use with euro profile cylinder mortice locks with a centres measurement of 72mm. For best results use with locks having an 8mm square spindle hole (UK standard size). The spindle supplied will suit doors up to 100mm thick.
Lubricate immediately after fitting and periodically thereafter - at least twice yearly. Clean with an oil impregnated cloth to remove harmful deposits, especially when fitted externally.
One pair of lever door handles as described (2 handles, one for each side of the door) complete with through spindle and finish matched bolt through fixings.
These lever door handles are a non stocked item and will normally need to be ordered in from the manufacturer. You should therefore allow approximately 3 - 5 days for despatch.
