The ANSELMI self closing hinge system allows for discreet closing of doors in residential settings when used with the AN 160 3D Concealed Hinge. This version is suitable for unrebated flush doors and is adjustable for door weights from 40kg to 60kg.

To be used with AN 160 hinges only - see 'Related Items' below. 2 x AN 160 hinges plus 1 x AN 107 closing device MUST be fitted per door.
Suitable for doors with a maximum adjusted weight of 60kg based on a 2100mm x 900mm door leaf.
This product is NOT suitable for use on fire rated door sets.
This self closing device is virtually maintenance free and requires little attention. However, it is advisable to lubricate every two years with a dry PTFE spray especially in higher use applications. The action of doors should be checked occassionaly and the closer adjusted if neccessary. Dirt and grime can be wiped clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
