Manufactured from SUS316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, this hinge is ideal for heavy weight doors subject to adverse atmospheric conditions such as in coastal areas, swimming pools etc or in areas where chemical cleaning agents may be used. Fitted with precision ball race bearings for increased performance and resistance to wear, the hinge is CE/UKCE certified and fully compliant for use on FD30/FD60 fire rated timber door sets when used with appropriate [INTUMESCENT LINER PADS]

Available in a range of quality finishes - Satin Stainless Steel, Polished Stainless Steel and Stainless Brass PVD.

**NOTE: These hinges are sold and priced per single hinge**

Supplied complete with countersunk pozi-drive wood screws in matching finish.

These hinges are suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors weighing up to 120kg in high-use settings based on fitting 3 hinges. For full compliance on fire doors, these hinges MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent liner pads behind the hinge leaves on both door and frame.

To keep these hinges in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Check hinges occassionaly for dirt and grease and wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
