A clean lined, three knuckle hinge with no obtrusive bearings to affect the pleasing aesthetics yet packed with high performance power. The central knuckle incorporates technologically advanced polymer bushes providing both vertical and lateral low friction and extremely low wear characteristics making the hinge totally maintenance free even in high use areas. The hinge is CE/UKCE certified and fully compliant for use on FD30/FD60/FD90/FD120 fire rated timber door sets when used with appropriate [INTUMESCENT LINER PADS]

Manufactured from SUS304 Stainless Steel and available in 3 quality finishes - Satin Stainless Steel, Polished Stainless Steel and Dull Black.

Supplied complete with countersunk pozi-drive wood screws in matching finish.

These hinges are suitable for FD30/FD60/FD90/FD120 rated doors weighing up to 160kg in high-use settings based on fitting 3 hinges. For full compliance on fire doors, these hinges MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent liner pads behind the hinge leaves on both door and frame.
