A mortice roller bolt latch for heavier internal doors in residential settings where a simple push/pull action is required. Fitted with a solid brass roller for increased performance and adjustable from 8mm to 15mm projection.
Roller bolt latches are normally fitted in to the leading edge of single, side hung doors. However, they can also be fitted in to the head of double doors.
Note the mortice depth needs to be approx 15mm deeper than the body depth to allow for movement of the adjustment screw head when the bolt is depressed

Supplied complete with frame striking plate and fixings for wood.
To keep this roller bolt latch in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
