This roller bolt latch is suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors in high-use settings. For full compliance on fire doors, this latch MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent material on both door and frame.
To keep this roller bolt latch in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
