For all standard stock products the simple answer is "Yes". If you decide, for whatever reason, that you no longer require the goods, you can return either part or all of your order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Whilst it is not our normal policy to accept returns for non stock and special order items we do try to accomodate our customers wherever possible. This is on a strictly product by product basis and customers will be liable for any re-stocking charge imposed by the manufacturer plus our carriage costs in returning the items to the manufacturer.
