What happens once I place an order?
    When you have placed your order you will receive an automatically generated email confirming the order and the invoice/delivery address. This email does not constitute our acceptance of your order or that a contract exists - this only happens once your payment has been processed and an invoice raised.

If we notice any possible mistakes on your order (for example if ordered products are not compatible with each other) we will notify you by email and put forward our recommendations. You will then be asked to confirm that any changes are acceptable.

If the items are in stock and your order is received before 3.00PM we will endeavour to despatch on the same day. If the items are out of stock we will inform you by email and provide you with an estimated despatch date.

If the order contains non stock or special order products we will contact you with an estimated despatch date for the completed order which should be in line with the delivery times indicated for the product(s) on the site.

Once your order has been despatched we will email you with confirmation and the relevant tracking details.
