All orders are despatched in one consignment and delivery times will vary according to the products ordered.
Standard stock items are normally despatched on the day of order or the next working day by 1 - 2 day carrier or by Royal Mail 1st Class. Where items are temporarily out of stock you should refer to the stock availabilty times on the product pages.
None stock or special order items can take anywhere between 1-6 weeks depending on the item and estimated time scales are shown against relevant products.
If your goods are to be fitted by a tradesperson we recommend that you book them to carry out the work after the goods have been delivered. All delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control.
